Donating to the Perch Lake Owners Association
The Perch Lake Owners Association (PLOA) was formed to address the diverse issues confronting a truly wilderness lake ecosystem (for more details, check out our History page). With only a couple dozen members and only a handful of truly engaged volunteers the challenges sometimes appear to be daunting. Many of our successes are best measured by what you don’t see on Perch Lake – no loss of native aquatic plants by rusty crayfish, no active mining activity, no multiple family units, no diminished lake level, and no EWM. But we can also point to many new friendships and the shared satisfaction of preserving a unique lake ecosystem for others to enjoy for years to come. But the challenges continue and the work is not done. Therefore, we invite you to join us. If you would like to join us in protecting Perch Lake we sincerely appreciate any amount you can provide. All donated funds are used only for projects that protect, preserve and enhance the quality of the lake for the benefit of all users.
